Hello Everyone!

Dr. Waldrop has recently restructured the library staff into five distinct departments. Moving forward, if you have questions that fall under any of these departments, you will get a quicker response by contacting the department heads with the emails listed on the image below. Clicking on the image enlarges it and clicking here leads you to the Library Staff page; this page lists everyone, their departments, and contact information. Easter Egg Hunt at the Fuller Library!

From March 28th to April 8th, the Fuller Library will have an Easter Egg Hunt! We have hidden eggs all over the library. If you find one, bring it to the Circulation Desk and get your prize! Prizes include: $1.00-$1.50 off library fines (does not include printing) and candy. But, there are TWO golden eggs hidden as well, and finding one will get you a Starbucks Gift card.
Say whaaaat?!

PLEASE NOTE: This hunt is not for children – Fuller Students ONLY! We apologize but will consider having one for children in the future.

The Rules:

  1. One egg per person, per day.
  2. Egg must be brought to the Circulation Desk and THEN opened. Your name and possibly G number will be written down.
  3. Eggs are hidden in areas that anyone can access; none are in staff only areas of the library. They will not be behind stacks of books or large items for you to move.
  4. If you chose the Fine Removal prize and have no fines OR your fines are less than the removal amount, no money or change will be given. Fine Removal prize cannot be used as credit toward future fines.
  5. You do not talk about Fight Club.
  6. Golden Eggs – if you find one, you will no longer be allowed to play (sorry!). This gives everyone else a chance to find an egg, especially a golden one.
  7. Have fun!

Meditation Lounge – pillows and pillows, and more pillows!
Snacks – healthy and not-so healthy
Coloring Pages – give your mind a rest by coloring intricate designs.
Postcards (includes color your own) – color and fill one out to thank our U.S. Military!
Coffee by the Books opens at 5:30pm everyday

Monday:
Stress Management Tips & Therapy Dog Rio – 11:30am – 1pm

Tuesday:
Free Lunch for Fuller student and faculty!
Chips, water, and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches for the first 50 people.
Starts at Noon in the Library Lobby. Tickets will be handed out for those 50 people – no extra tickets per person.
One per person – no exceptions. Not available for visitors / guests.
Special thanks to Chick-Fil-A Pasadena for their donation!

Collaboration Table – What Do You Think!?

This is an example of new furniture we are deciding to purchase. These Collaboration Tables will have power outlets in or near the table, the ability to seat 5-6 people, the monitor will have adapters to hook up laptops to, as well as webcams to allow virtual meetings.

The Library is pleased to announce that in order to accommodate increased student preparation and study-time for final papers and exams, the hours will be extended during Friday and Saturday of Week 10, and Friday of Week 11.

Here is the schedule break-down for those weeks:

Week 10

Tues.,  03/07: 7:30am – 11:00pm
Wed.,   03/08:  7:30am – 11:00pm
Thurs., 03/09:  7:30am – 11:00pm
