Chat with Fuller Library Staff!
Hey Fuller! Lets chat!
If you have a quick question about resources offered by the Fuller library, you can chat with us for an immediate answer!
From 7am – 3pm, Monday through Friday, our chat is open for inquires from the Fuller community – near and far! Library staff or librarians will be available to answer questions you may have. We ask that you keep the questions focused only on resources of the library, so asking what the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is will most likely not be considered important, nor time-sensitive.
(By the way, the answer is 42.)
To chat with us, go to our LibAnswers page and click “Chat Now.”
If you use the chat feature after hours (anytime after 3pm), you will have an opportunity to still submit your question as a LibAnswers request.
Chat will not be available during holidays or the weekend at the moment.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email [email protected].

EBSCOHost eBooks Asking You To Sign In?
Did you click on a “download eBook” link and it prompted you to “sign in?”
Don’t fret if your Fuller ID doesn’t work!
Why? It’s not supposed to. 🙂
If this is your first time downloading (or “checking out”) an eBook, there is a possibility that you have not created an account. There are certain eBook companies (and EBSCO is one of them) that requires a patron to have their own account before downloading an eBook from their site. Entering your Fuller ID credentials as your username and password will not allow you to log in,
you MUST create an account with EBSCO because one is not already created for you!
After creating your account, you will be able to download eBooks to be used offline.
Have any questions about this process? Contact [email protected].
